There is still plenty happening in the community. The community is still developing the game. It’s worth considering that if UT was being developed more conventionally, behind closed doors, having it’s production held up by this amount of time under the same circumstances would not actually be considered unusual. Currently these people at Epic are tied up working on Fortnite which is understandably a far higher priority for Epic given the size of the playerbase and the resources required, especially as the audience for Fortnite continues to grow. UT’s development simply a matter of money or sheer manpower, but of the right people to work on the game. Epic has been all hands on deck since the launch of Fortnite: Battle Royale. This is the question everyone would like to know and nobody knows the answer to. It’s in too much of an early state to be advertised but it is perfectly playable and has a lot of it’s core features present.
